Prices are calculated on a project-by-project basis so we can ensure we offer you the best possible value for money. We can then allow for increased discounts for larger quantities, transport costs and economies of scale, current exchange rates, variations in finish and specifications and management implications of each project.
Can I buy the same product cheaper elsewhere or direct from the manufacturer?
In most cases if you were buying direct from a manufacturer you would end up paying the same or slightly more than when buying from us, as we get improved discounts from our purchasing power. Also you would not have the added services of delivery, installation, after sales care and unbiased advice on the original specification of the furniture. In some cases you could choose to buy a product from another company that may be cheaper in price. We do not feel that any other company offers the standard of service - and therefore value for money - we offer. It is also a good possibility that the product you are buying is a copy rather than an original.
Can I buy a copy instead of an original and save a lot of money for the same end result?

How quickly can I receive the product?
Lead times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and from product to product. There will also be variations in lead time between finishes and specifications in each range, and also due to local issues such as national holidays in manufacturing countries or even on the route the product has to travel. For example, most of the factories in Europe shut down for the whole of August, which can mean lead time extensions of up to six weeks in extreme cases. We would always advise people to be as open with us as possible about any deadlines they have so we can take this into consideration when advising on products right from the start.

No, we don't have a showroom as our product range is too large and is updated constantly, but we work closely with many manufacturers who do. We also have access to many samples, which we can show to our clients.
